Thanks Patrick - well as I seem to have generated some interest in Eggs!

With the main build well underway, it is time to turn to my OOB one. Who said eggs were easy? Image Pilot done, all two pieces. Looking forward to some painting soon! Image More soon Steve

Hi all,

Painting has started - I'm lucky enough to have some of the fantastic Akan soviet colours which I used for my SU-30MK, so the nose been done in faded white and masked up. Then the belly, which I found this faded blue was also exact to the real birds, plus the instructions

Image

Tonight's job is to mask up the underside to prevent overspray on the camo work tomorrow!

Cheers

Thanks Mark,

Well the white Tac is off, and I'm only 75% happy, it is such a small model to get the bends on, but I think that it is ok! A few touch ups done, and I've pull a sealing layer of Klear on before I mask up the exhausts, as the Akan paint is very fragile!

Cheers for now
