Painting wheels - Stress Banished for good!!

Post by steve149c » Fri Apr 13, 2012 5:07 pm

Hi all,

I always struggle with wheels, trying to get that perfect circle. Well bobbing about on the ocean waves with some time to think - it hit me, small dots!!

A quick visit to eBay and I picked up various sizes of these multi coloured dots, which come from 3mm to 10mm - perfect!

So here is the 6mm on my 109 wheels - I painted the middle first by brush - then applied my coloured dot (sorry its pink - doubles up for the daughter)

And then removed, sorry its hard to see, the 109 has a grey hub on left, mask still on the right one. But perfect - no more stressing for me!

Hope this helps you all,

Cheers
