Seated pilots

Post by downes0106 » Sun Jul 26, 2020 9:47 am

Gentlemen, with the inspiration gained from looking at all of Pauls builds over the last few months, and with retirement looming in the next 12 months, I am planning on getting back into modelling. I have purchased the Revell GiNA typhoon kit as a starter to get me back in the groove, but it doesnt have a pilot figure, and i want to build it "in flight". Can anyone advise where i may be able to get some 1/72 figures. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi

Glad to have helped you a little with wanting to get back to modelling :thumb:

PJ productions of Belgium do a wide range of pilots a quick ebay search found these
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from ... =1%2F72+pj

Other than that maybe some kind soul is able to help with a few discarded kit ones :S Sorry I cant help , I dont have any left , you would have been welcome to them

Good luck

Cheers

Thanks Paul. I have had a look at the PJ Production products, they may have to be the way forward. Thanks for you input, and for the inspiration to get back in the game.

If you get into 1/48th, I have quite a few pilots, I tend to not use them.
Alas, 1/72 I don’t.

Thanks for the offer Gary. At moment, going to stick to 1/72 for the time being. I havent got the space for 1/48!
