Can't help with pictures of the aerial fit but can on the colour. Some people will tell you that the E3's are finished in FS16473 ADC Grey but they ain't this colour is too dark trust me.

The E-3's are infact finished in Boeing BAC707 Grey, this colour is available in the Xtracolor range as X301, another option and for most the preferred one is FS16515 Canadian Voodoo Grey again available in Xtracolor as X150.
