I know they are not TSR 2s but its a good resourse for schemes :thumb:

Link to Wiki - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ex ... l_aircraft" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - Good list of possible A/c :thumb:

Well you have come to the right place :thumb:

We are just finishing of the current builds but the next one is being decided on at the moment. The three that I have chosen from some of the ideas are here for people to vote onviewtopic.php?f=305&t=20960. It will run for 4 months but 2 months into the build I will start another one, each time having the theme chosen by vote so it is fair.

I am looking at starting the first one around december/january time so there will be a bit of time for people to get everything they need for the build. If you need any more info then please dont hesitate to ask :thumb:

Im afraid its serious question time.

When would everyone like the next group build to start?

I was going to leave it until the model comp finishes but as I am asking people to vote on the topic I thought it only fair I ask when you all ant it to start.

As a small incentive the first group build will be sponsored by SAM publications and there will be a couple of books up for grabs to reward people on there hard work. It wont be a full blown competition, just a couple of prizes for the 2 builds that really stand out :thumb:

If this is successful then every other GB will be sponsored by SAM  .

How about the end of November? That gives people a bit of time to get what is needded. That way we welcome the New year with a Group Build :thumb:

I like that as it will give me time to get my gubbins from telford as I will need decals for my TSR2 or some detail bits for my harrier. I havnt got a clue what I would do if people choose the mildenhall one though

Sounds grand! Mildenhall is a tricky on as there is so many options mate! Maybe we could ask some of the guys that have logs if they have some from a few Fetes? See what the main options are?

Sorry I am not contributing much at the moment guys. I`m working two jobs, day and night. Ends are nearly meeting now

I voted for the `what if` and end of November sounds good to me.

Viper - Can I put my YB-49 on hold for the GB and build my B-17. Reason being my secret plan  for the YB was to build it at as `Vietnam B-49` armed with Shrike. SEA colour scheme, in a diorama ( on a shelf) hard standing and ground equipment. It seems more appropriate for this build now.

A Harrier GB? How have I missed this?

How long does it run for Shaun? I'm planning on starting an FA2 for another GB in the new year, so can enter it for this as well if there's time :)
