It really depends on how much you want to spend when it comes to the SR-71. Century Wings are the only supplier in 1/72 and they do both the standard operational type and also the type B trainer version. The down side is they cost at least £100,
.......but you might get lucky on Ebay...

Dragon Wings has announced that they are releasing a 1/144 version, but the price isn`t listed at the moment.

In my opinion 1/144 is too small and I would recommend you get the Century Wings version as it really is an outstanding bit of diecast. You just may have to grin and bear that beans on toast diet to pay for one.
