Re: New Revell 32nd hawk thread
Thanks for all the updates on new releases HS. Looking forward to being free of exams so I can start to think about building one of my hawks

Re: New Revell 32nd hawk thread
Most welcome Phil - I'm expecting more resin to appear in due course from the usual sources (Pavla, maybe Aeries etc., but unfortunately not Paragon) plus there will be extensive but expensive etched/resin/white metal sets from Flightpath, but don't expect these any time soon.
I was hopeful of a 1:32 version of the 2010 display scheme from Model Alliance, but no sign so far.

2010 scheem is in production, as is 2011 scheem being photoed for production but not by the same manafacturer, cant say any more at present
Re: New Revell 32nd hawk thread
Well they can keep the 2011 scheme, it's horrible. How long are MA going to drag their heels on the 2010, it's not as if they've got any work to do on it as they've already done it in 1:48. I seem to remember someone saying it was on the way months ago.
Re: New Revell 32nd hawk thread
Probably because things aren't going too well at MA, financially speaking.
Re: New Revell 32nd hawk thread
That's a shame but explains the why the decals haven't appeared.
Re: New Revell 32nd hawk thread
Eduard have announced PE set 32277 for release during July 2011 - if the other Hawk sets are anything to go by they should be available in about three weeks from Hannants and other suppliers.
Set 32277 covers the exterior of the 1:32 Hawk

Set 32277 Instructions (PDF)
N.B. I'll update this with better/additional images when they become available.
