Hopefully some bombing of Weston-Super-Mare will take place, it's long overdue!

Not a lot happens around Weston mainly due to it being so close and on the approach to Bristol Lulsgate Airport and Cardiff Airport. Low Level flights fly south of there into/out of Devon/Somerset and across the Bristol Channel to the north west. The only range is Lilstock with just a helicopter gunnery range and active by NOTAM when needed. That is just west of Hinkley Point Power Station near Watchet.

Its not the Bristol Channel. Those NOTAMs you posted are pretty much "continuous" for everyday usage and are all throughout the year. The first one is for the Culdrose based Kingairs. Just like the NOTAMs were released for their predecessors, the Jetsream, for navigational training and radar training over the sea west of Cornwall, over a hundred miles from Weston!
The second one you just posted is much like the first, for use by Culdrose and Yeovilton based Hawks on D-School training above Devon and the Sea off the coast of Cornwall.
Notice it says CELTIC Sea, not Bristol Channel. It's just medium level stuff and can be monitored on 240.400 and 242.125 most days.

I think you're in the wrong place i'm afraid. You won't see much around Weston at all.
