Predictably, that'll be "History's Greatest American Aircraft", then...? ;)

Nevertheless, I hope this series finds its way onto FTA, at some point in the future.

Why do they bother with this "Greatest Aircraft" garbage. We all know the greatest aircraft ever was the F4 Phantom! :P

As the series is (probably) made in the Us, is it any wonder they look inwards rather than outwards.

They are starting with the best (F15). Thats all they need. They could have scrapped the other 5 shows and saved a bob or two.😀

True, but I'm sure they would have something to say if we covered the greatest ww2 battles but left out pearl harbour and included the Normandy landings excluding the Americans.

Oh and +1 for the jags

Warplane Workshop on CH4 catchup is just amazing, the dedicated hard work that goes into keeping the older planes airworthy makes you so proud to be British!

S1 featured the Lanc, Spit & Mossie. S3 Includes the Hurricane & yes the F4 Phantom.

There's plenty of other nations aircraft in there as well.
