I think you're in the wrong place? This is the Fairford Bomber Deployment section (it's happened, it's over).
Where was the Hercules circa 1300 hours? Or do you want to know about the Roman god, Hercules, who would have been dead for well over a 1000 years by 1300 AD.
Finally, who or what is retiring and what news are you interested in?

I can only assume the poster wants info on where things are at with the C-130 fleet draw down?

Generally in the mid sixties? If you are able to Google it, you could put the results of your research in a post…
Have fun

I've still got a few years to go, but enough about me.....
C1300? are you referring to the Triumph 1300? long gone and retired I'm afraid....
hercules (Hercules?) if you're referring to the aircraft then I find google useful to search for information, there's a lot there, just as easy doing it yourself than asking others to do the work for you.

According to Google
There are a small number of niche capabilities that the C-130J has that will not be transferred across to the A400M program at the point in which the C-130 is retired in the summer [of 2023],” RAF Deputy Commander Capability Air Marshal Richard Knighton told a Wednesday UK defense committee hearing.2 Feb 2023

50 pounds and only open to people with UK photo driving licence or UK Passport, wow...

£50 isn't terrible, especially considering it's a retirement of a major type, pretty sure the Tornado event was similar. The ID will most likely have been specified by the base itself. It's a pretty common form of photographic ID.

I wonder if there will be a final farewell flypast at various locations? I do hope so!

Not a bad price tbh, given the organisation that will go around it, also I think you'll find the ID requirements are because you'll be going onto a military secure and airside environment.

£50. That's less than one pound for every year that they have been in service.
I for one will miss them when they're gone.

The trolling above asking what seems to be quite a concise question isn't really necessary.
Perhaps the quote regarding the C-130s capabilities the A400 cant cover could suggest its service life may be extended. Time will tell..

It's an active raf base, it's required that all who attend have valid photographic ID as part of the security process!

I think Reaper02's issue is that he is not from the UK and thus holds neither piece of ID required.

It’s a military installation, not a fete on the village green.
£50 is a bit much though, would rather see the things from the Brize fence line. Or Bwlch Llyn Bach.

Well its doubled in price since the last one at Brize with two Hercs, an Atlas, Voyager and C-17.
So what do folks get for their money? Any special schemes planned?
