They were both SIA S208M. From locally based 60 Stormo.

I think maybe he replied to the wrong post? Phil A has posted some recent photos from 60 Stormo in Rome in the photograph section. Just bad timing that the crash occurred next day and he has confused the two posts.. well I really hope that is what they have done.
