Hello chaps and chapesses, many moons ago I used to get a book with frequencies in and squawk codes, routes and other information.
NOW this is the problem, I can't remember what it was called.
Any help would be great, I am unfortunately in the early stages of dementia and my memory is as bad as my cooking.
I thank you all in advance.

Well done chaps.
Re: Help needed to remember.
A book that I thought was a shame they stopped publishing. Even though we have mobile data on our phones a good book to look at was always welcome when at an airfield.
Re: Help needed to remember.
I totally agree with you, for many years before I became a father I would get my copy each year and my tiny big book of serial numbers lol.... not so much to be a geek but to actually tick off what I had seen. As I was at Warton for many years, the first Typhoons to be built and the two squadrons 17 and 29 based there, each typhoon was photographed and each are there as a captured moment of history. I supppose thats the romantic side of what we do, we are the providers of Historical reference.
