Heartbreaking. Such a beautiful, talented, religious young couple. He surely was the Chosen one. May he rest in peace.

Not sure what your point is? It was mentioned but also you are free to post something yourself that you are aware of but haven't seen mentioned elsewhere?

I did hear Hammer flight on the box but as I wasn't at Lakenheath I didn't want to speculate on such a sensitive subject and get it wrong again.

The internal USAF safety investigation report (SIB) for this incident has been published and is "....rough to read. The board president pulled no punches." Suggestion that it's related to the USAF's poor attitude to safety that've been raised in other recent safety reports.
The public AIB report in the future may give clues about just what.

Cannot find the link To the report. Latest incident reported is an RQ-4.
