There is a picture on line of a F-15QA on a tanker over Tinker AFB in June with a caption about imminent delivery.

'One other nation, Qatar, just started receiving its own planes back in June, and just like all the others, its version wears a special name.

All so far(don’t know how many), have been delivered to the USAF who are currently flying them out of MidAmerica St.Louis airport which is colocated with Scott AFB. I’m assuming that the Qatari crews are being trained there as well with the a/c due to be transferred to Qatari ownership later this year through the FMS program.
