when Clinton visited AF1+ E4 were at the hall AF1 parked on main runway nose on 11 end with steps down and surrounded by security.

Just noted that They used the VH-3Ds for Marine One for the UK Leg of Trump's Visit then he switched to the VH-60s for the Ireland and France Legs.
