Good news for the A-10 long may they keep this joy flying.
Reports that the U.S. Air Force (USAF) is getting ready for the next A-10 Warthog contract to re-wing more of the close-air support aircraft.
So far, 169 aircraft have been re-winged under the Boeing contract, with the remaining four to be completed in the next few months
SAF spokeswoman Ann Stefanek said on Apr. 1, 2017 that the next contract for the A-10-Thunderbolt II Advanced-Wing Continuation Kit (ATTACK) is going through source selection and is expected to be awarded this fall. She added that the service has $267 million set aside to buy “about 20 total wings.”

Re: A-10 Rewinging contract
Spotted in military.com on 2/4/19.
Last contract coming to an end along with the above and it's an item in FY2019.
Let's hope an update to the above will throw light on who has been going through the bidding the last 2 years.
Announcement must be due from the USG shortly I like you await a formal announcement

Speaking to crew at NAS JAX back in October 2017, the re-winging was well underway even though they did have a few issues getting the finances released!
