250feet is pretty low level 😉 through Dinas-BYG. Lake Vyrnwy is used by frontline jets too. Just like it was years ago, more locations just not focussed on the Loop. It was like that back in the 80s/90s. Fingers X the Eagles will be back someday!

Ah,you see im not familiar with anything other than the loop in Wales for low level..I may have to try other areas

It's more hit n miss than ever Daz. The Lake District is a lot busier these days. Lake Vyrnwy in North Wales is a gorgeous location. I caught the Florida Makos in their F16s over there last year & several F15s but I've been there many times and seen nothing.

I've been to lake vyrnwy before ( not for spotting though) like most of Wales, it's stunning
I think I'm gonna try the lakes for a trip, see how that pans out :thumb:

A44 along by pant mawr coming back from wales last week we got 2 F15s low over the forests.
Looked stunning, sadly we was driving.
Last time we went along there we had a pair of hawks. So this could be a area to try.
