Hello, I have the Scramble US Military serials book. it is easy to use as it has tick boxes ,but only includes aircraft currently in service with the US military ( & Canadian military) and is only correct to 1 March 2017. I am not sure if Scramble will publish a 2019 edition. See www.scramble.nl and/or www.scramble.nl/shop for more information.

I buy the big Mach III US serials book but as most of it comprises of aircraft which you’ll never see, not least as they were shot down in Vietnam, each edition doesn’t change enough to make the expenditure every two years worthwhile.

For me i’d prefer one which listed current types plus those of previous types which still exist and published alternatively with the all encompassing one.

I suppose the mach 111 edition when the new one is available. Will only have about 100 new serials at the most .As Fighterfoto said the majority are old stuff. Really thinking of a change regards and Happy New Year Noel
