Chinooks buzzing up & down the Essex coastline tonight. Appear to be going into Colchester Garrison & then heading out along the River Colne heading east, towards Woodbridge as the crow flies. Could be something to do with the upcoming exercise?

Edit: Apaches now flying along the same route...

All departed on route to Keevil,

C-17 has been doing troop pick ups this weekend and departed around 5pm both days.

I think i will have a short drive down tomorrow :thumb:

No C17 Sunday. A400 and C17 did two sorties each, between Keevil and Woodbridge Saturday and A400 did one sortie late afternoon Sunday.
A400 c/s LION07/08 Saturday. LION09 (didn't go Woodbridge, Keevil only)/10 Sunday
C17 DOGFISH07/08 Saturday
