Trump to visit The Queen

Post by 48thEagle » Fri Jan 27, 2017 7:14 pm

President Trump has accepted an invitation for a State visit to the UK later this year to visit The Queen, so expect the usual AF1 rumours of where and when.

Somewhere in the UK, sometime in 2017... that's my prediction.

My prediction is that someone will post info, suggesting that they know something that no one else knows, and then be totally wrong.

Anyway, first question from Her Majesty: "Now Trumpster, about keeping Mildenhall open, you know we have nowhere to base those pesky RC-135s?"

Got nothing against him myself, I say give anyone a chance before shooting them down in flames ,but I'm sure he will get on with Phillip when it comes to manners ;-)

Better watch out Liz, or he'll have a golf course in your back garden, and cut off your water if you object.

Now postponed due to concerns about protests. New dates 5 to 8 October. I would think publicising the dates would lead to the protests still going ahead anyway!

No that is the earliest date that the USAF could find a potentially serviceable tanker :grr:

Heard today, that the rebuilding/resurfacing of Northolt's runway has been delayed, because of Trumps proposed visit.

With the number of dignitaries that'll need to fly in to London or Windsor, keeping Northolt open is a good move. I can't see any reason why Trump won't use Stansted again?
