ALBERT MUSEUM FRANCE

Post by AMOSASLEF » Tue Feb 02, 2016 11:25 pm

Hello Everyone - Our Train Drivers Aviation Group is travelling to Albert in France soon, mainly for the Somme Museum but also for the excellent array of exhibits at the Aviation Museum, the museum is Private and politely requests contacting them to put arrangements in place, unfortunately despite a few emails direct and via the website we are unable to make contact - has anyone visited recently and if so can offer any assistance. Much appreciated. Alan

Have you phone called them?, number on their site. Went there last year, unannounced, stopped at a booth opposite the gate and paid, then got a tour. Fantastic place!

Same as Amp, I went unannounced with my nephew in May 2015 and received a nice welcome and had an enjoyable visit. I don't think you need to book in advance.
