I've spent about an hour this morning looking through threads from Warton in 2010 and noticed that the last image posted of Nimrod MRA4 ZJ514/A prior to the project's cancellation shows it on arrival at Warton on 11/03/2010.
From my notes on the MRA4 project:
"10-03-2010 - PA-04/ZJ514 formally accepted by Group Captain Jerry Kessell, the MoD's Head of Underwater Capability at Woodford
11-03-2010 - PA-04/ZJ514 departs Woodford for delivery to Warton in order to begin Transition Programme"
The Nimrod MRA4 Transition Programme took MR2 crews and trained them on the MRA4, however, to my knowledge, there is no evidence to suggest that ZJ514 flew at all between arriving at Warton on March 11 and the project's cancellation on October 19. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
One would expect that prior to the cancellation, '514 would have been flown regularly as part of the Transition Programme.
Thanks,
Martin

Re: Warton 2010
Many thanks for the assistance, chaps.
I was aware of the flight on 02-03-2010 and 11-03-2010, however flights after 11-03-2010 were not known to me.
