Indeed, isn't it the most tedious bore? I don't imagine for a minute that the project was facing disaster if the last Pound coin didn't arrive by today. It's the same old rubbish Pleming has been churning-out for years - the depressingly regular "last chance" plea to soak a little more money out of enthusiasts. It really is the most frustrating of sagas - sheer hatred of the monstrous way in which this project is managed, tempered by affection for the magnificent aircraft which is at the heart of the whole story.

Pretty Sure you are writeing a good book on the ups and downs of the Vulcan story 2. :thumb:

That's part of the problem. It depends who you believe. There's Pleming's version and then there's the other version from the team members... ;)
