Thanks for the update. Admiral Vladimirsky was active in Morse on the 18th April, 2023. Transiting from Kaliningrad to likely St Petersburg and sending Morse weather messages.

This was the last Morse message that I picked up on 6324 Kilohertz CW. RMIK = Admiral Vladimirsky
