The Ministry of Defence have paid undisclosed damages to the family of Flt Lt. Sean Cunningham after admitting full liability for his tragic death.

I've been quite surprised/shocked to hear of Martin Baker's involvement in this - having a potentially lethal problem with their seat that they have never told the MOD about puts them as much to blame as the RAF.
