Some FB groups going nuts today of a video (pulled) of a "wrong way" Typhoon.

Is it a strict direction thing or can they go the 'wrong way' if by prior arrangement ?

It’s been many years since I’ve followed the laws of loop traffic rules. I know Helos are allowed to go the opposite direction at extreme low altitude I.e. cutting the branches 🤣 i remember German Tornados going the wrong way through cad from Tal y Llyn many years ago
