Now if I were the magistrate I would throw the book at him same as the one jailed earlier this month for the same offence.

The guy is a local councillor so no excuse he's meant to be an upstanding citizen within the community.

Still don't see how a hawk is really that noisy, yes maybe a bit louder than a T1 but come on you have chosen to live there, Valley has been a base with jets for 30+ years & in days gone by had far louder hardware deployed.
OF course they could always deploy some Typhoons there for a month or 2 as a feasibility exercise then the noise would dramatically decrease when they went home.
