They'll go to Coningsby sometime this week, there will probably be a run through for all jets departing Coningsby

They coped fine in 2018, plenty of space on the asp.

Thundery activity may also cause the flypast to be cancelled. Was at Fairford a few years ago when the RAF anniversary flypast got cancelled due to thunderstorms in the vicinity. Again fingers crossed.

The Texans are taking the scenic route back to Valley after the flypast: -
16.39 Wrexham AFC Stadium, then across Chester, up the Mersey past the Liver Building, across the Dee estuary and up the North Wales cost via Prestatyn, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, arriving overhead Llandudno at 16.55.
They will then head to Douglas Isle of Man, returning to Valley via Holyhead. All times are local. Info from RAF Valley FB page.

Confirmed that flypast will be largely scaled back on news which means it will not go ahead probably unless they get clearance to fly at 200 feet which would be spectacular.lol

Last time I checked the words or phrases 'could be called off', "may be scaled back' and 'risk of being cancelled' were not used to confirm things.

Agree it's not looking good but the final call will be within a few hours of the Flypast time.

I wonder if we will get any commonwealth involvement.
Out of curiosity, when(if ever), was the last time any aircraft from a Commonwealth country participated in a flypast down The Mall?

Time to break out the fingers crossed and pray emojis then, if you have them that is. Would be a total disappointment if the flypast was cancelled due to the British Weather. It's going to hopefully be one of the highlights of the Weekend if it happens so here's hoping!

Hi Met check site are giving a 800 to 1000ft cloud base in central London between 1pm to 3pm with rain or heavy rain.UK met office say the same about the rain with a visibility of 6 kms to 12kms.

Perhaps they could it do on the Trooping the colour next month?

Apparently the flypast at QE2's coronation was delayed to the evening due to bad weather. 6pm onwards looking good. A repeat?

Cloud level might be the problem, the weather seems to be improving though
