What time does the WAVE normally open?
Will it be opening earlier than normal during Cobra Warrior?
It opens at 07.30 during the exercise which begins on 07/03.

Just in case this exercise proceeds, some traffic information for prospective attendees coming from the Norfolk/Suffolk areas.

Starting next Monday 28/02/22 the bridge at Sutton Bridge on the A17 will be single carriageway operation only until 01/07/2022 controlled by temporary traffic lights. This is for maintenance and repaint. Long delays could be anticipated.
Thanks

I seem to recall this happened during a previous Cobra warrior
Its just to keep the Norfolk spotters away from Waddington & Coningsby, they do this every time

Depends which part of Norfolk. The A1101 via Downham Market and/or Wisbech brings you onto the A17 West of Sutton Bridge.

First you have to survive the A1101 , that road has more pot holes and dips in the road to shake most cars to bits .
Besides anyone coming from the Mildenhall area would be better off routing A14 /A1 far quicker than that suicide alley they call the A17

The road between Southery and Feltwell is the worst....

Seen on a few places on Faceache a possible Saudi C-130 due Coningsby tomorrow.

Tidied the thread a bit Baz.

Various places are now saying up to 4 C-130s due at Coningsby tomorrow.

First place I saw said 1.... So who knows!

Wind looks straight across the runway at Coningsby tomorrow, slightly favours 25

(edited to main point) Seen on a few places on Faceache a possible Saudi C-130 due Coningsby tomorrow.
Anyway! Back on Track (Not to include Roads in that? ) Yep! Faceache even said it's night-stopping at Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) Airport (also referred to as Boryspil Airport) tonight for fuel & a horse-drawn City-Tour for the Lucky Crew....so I'm fairly sure it'll (they'll?) be at Coningsby tomorrow! ;) :O :'(
Update...With maybe three more C-130 as post-lockdown the Saudi's need a night away & were jealous of the first crew! :halo:
