Just noticed SAM121 98-0002 C-32A just west of the Wirral heading ESE, maybe this is the First Lady's chariot?

BBC Breakfast News just stated POTUS and FLOTUS from the US Embassy by helicopter to Windsor for lunch with the Queen.

Then, barbeque in the garden at 10 Downing St. with DC this afternoons.

Then, Kensington Palace for dinner with Prince Harry tonight.

Presumably back to the US Embassy after.

No times for any of the above given.

So expect "The Beast" on the London roads today!

But not due to leave UK until Sunday AM (Stansted) for Germany.

BBC reporter that travelled on AF1 from Saudi last night said he was in the Embassy grounds (via MV-22) within 20 mins of AF1 wheels down.
Stated that later he will travel to Windsor from the Embassy in an MV-22. So wherever the Osprey's are (probably the Hall) they are out later, but I suppose that is obvious!

From:
http://www.whitehousedossier.com/obama-schedule/

Friday, April 22, 2016

11:25 am BST || Participates in an Embassy meet and greet; London
1:00 pm BST || The president and Mrs. Obama have lunch with Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh; Windsor Castle
3:20 pm BST || Meets with British Prime Minister David Cameron; 10 Downing Street, London
4:50 pm BST || Holds a press conference with Camoeron; 10 Downing Street
4:50 pm BST || The president and Mrs. Obama have dinner with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales; Kensington Palace, London

Notice two "4.50 pm BST!
But Kensington Palace is for dinner this evening, so..........

PS. I notice our future King, Charles, does not get a mention. Perhaps he might get a chance to say Hi at Windsor as he hosted dinner for the Queen last night. So presumably he is there, but so were Harry, William and Kate.

a bit of info for anybody planning to go to Stansted while AF.1 is there, this was content of an e-mail sent to the Stansted planewatch members on Wednesday by the police officer who co-ordinates the scheme:

Dear Members

As most of you are already aware, the US President will be flying into Stansted tomorrow. As you can imagine, there will be some restrictions in place, and extra Police drafted in.

Please can I ask the following of you, if you are visiting Stansted over the next few days –

• Belmer Road will be available for viewing as usual. Please only park on the side of the road nearest the airfield. (Please do not move any cones).
• Please do not attempt to access the Aerozone or the car park for it, unless you receive an email from me allowing you to.
• Access into Northside will be restricted. There will be no opportunity to view aircraft from within the business park, so to be honest it’s not worth bothering with.
• Please wear your Plane Watch ID when around the Airport.
• Please report anything suspicious to the Airport Control Room on 01279 680298.
• I will be around should you see me, please stop me for a chat and catch up.

Should any of you observe aviation enthusiasts who are not in the scheme (or anyone else for that matter), who are not adhering to the rules, then I would encourage you to report them to the control room.

Apparently Belmer Road was packed last night even after dark so it will likely be even busier on Sunday for the departure.

hope thats of use

A few questions: So Mr Obama is going from Grosvenor Sq (US Embassy) to Windsor via MV22 / Heli - are they going to pick him up there or do the choppers go in somewhere else? Equally when he is coming back from Windsor to Downing Street is he coming back in via MV22 / Heli (with the timings presumably he is) and if so where will they be landing?

I'm in and around Central London today so would be interested in getting a glimpse of the arial convoy!
