Would there not be a Notam Advising on Glider activity in the area?

But then you would get a NOTAM around every glider airfield every day

That valley is well used by Tornados and Eagles. Just 1 of those things.

There will soon be nowhere for frontliners to fly in Wales. Good job the world is so safe at the moment. ;)

Surely glider sites are briefed as see and avoid areas, so many you can't avoid them all surely!!l

Firstly glad this incident all turned out ok

Secondly, I have heard many a time, Lakenheath ATC warning F15's of glider activity in the area when they take off & land there
