I'd be really interested in this.
You ask for thoughts, is 120 too many for a nightshoot with 2 aircraft? - might it be a better idea to charge £20 and offer 60 places? I'm thinking here about the amount of time it takes me to mess around with the camera at night. How does £20/£10 compare to the other night shoot events?
