RAF Shawbury is hosting aircraft involved in the Liverpool Navy 100 Flypast to be held on the 23rd October,09 aircraft will include Merlin, Sea king, Lynx, Firefly, Chipmunk, Tutor, Swordfish, Jetstream and Squirrel, all should be visible from the
perimeter fence.

Take it that won't be a Fairey Firefly then? :whistle:
Apparently the Mersey flypast is due to commence at 2pm heading from South to North, over the Illustrious berthed at the Ocean liner terminal. ;)

According to Aircraft (Illustrated)magazine, the date of the flypast has now been changed to 24th Oct. :S
