Morocco, UAE, Uzbekistan are being mentioned as candidates. All 3 have shown serious interest. Moroccan and UAE flags shown by Embraer recently as part of a “C390 users group” overview

Greece were seemingly interested in the aircraft, as I believe there are issues over a potential C-130J order.
