Air Force 1 arrival?

The 437AW C-17 that arrived Tuesday offloaded some SUVs along with a big comms truck with all the ariels/sat comm bump on the top, we got pics of in the Esso garage filling up with fuel. Over 30mins there were these tanking this big Ford F-350

I wonder why they didn't use the 'on base' filling station?

Probably did fill-up on base, but these 'heavy-metal' tanks on tyres have a fuel economy measured in 'GPM' (Gallons per Mile)
