Which Flash? - Canon

I'm after an flash gun for my 450D. I want to spend about £100. Can anyone recommend a model?

Really depends on what you are going to use it for. distance and area you want to light up.
the built in flash are very good for normal snapshots with a short lens.
and you can buy small diffusiers to fit over the built in flash head also.

Thanks for the advice. Before forking out on a flash I'll try the diffuser.

For the £100 mark you could look at this: http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-can ... x/p1031223" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Its not as good as the 430ex or 580ex flashguns, but if you only want an external flash for occasional use might be worth looking at.
