Last Sunday evening I managed to end up in a bramble and mud filled ditch on the banks of the Caen canal not a million miles from Pegasus Bridge.
We'll not go into how I got there if you don't mind, nor how I got out, but I had my D500, lens and flash with me. Everything still works and I have the photos to prove, but you could grow potatoes or other crops on the mud caked around my kit.

Can anyone suggest where I can take these to be cleaned?

P.S. I normally reside in Belfast, N. Ireland.

Let the dirt dry on then buy a few toothpicks, a can of compressed air and some wipes.

I don't buy tooth-picks anymore; I trim finished biro-tubes with a very sharp knife or spent razor-blade.
