Hello all,
An evening project I’m hoping to progress during the lockdown is seeing if I can take some highlights from footage I took at bases during the 90s and make some short YouTube videos. I have a VHS & DVD player combined, so can easily get the footage onto a DVD. However, what do I do with the files once onto DVD? I need to do a bit of editing before uploading. Does anyone have any hints and tips?
Many thanks in advance,
Dan

VHS footage to YouTube - how?
Re: VHS footage to YouTube - how?
Load the DVDs onto your computer, and use a video editor to edit them to what you want.
I'm sure there are free editors available, once done, the file (video) needs to be rendered for use on you tube. (haven't done it for a long while, so you'll need to search you tube for best settings)
Hope this has helped to get you started.
Dave.
EDIT for poor spelling.
