luton planespotting areas?

heys guys

i'm going to luton in a few days and i haven't been there in years so was wondering if there is any good places to get photos without the fence in the way?

i heard of the car park but is that aloud? if it isn't is there any other places which tend to be good or is there a place to park so i can just walk to the end of the runway and get some photos of the planes landing ?
