Advise on using Canon 1.4 mk3 extender on EOS 80D

Wondering if anyone has experience of using Canon EOS 80D with 100-400 mk2 lens and Canon 1.4X mk 3.Will this combination autofocus. Any advise would be appreciated.

Yes. As usual the camera manual gives the answer and the limitations. In this case Page 128 onward.
