Canon 750D a suitable 20D replacement?

Hi everyone, recently I decided to look at replacing my Canon 20D. Currently I'm leaning towards the 750D, can anyone advise if this would be a good decision?

I bought a 750 D last June and absolutely love it. It works extremely well with the 55-250 IS STM Lens attached to it. I don't know how it compares to the 20D because i've never had one, however would certainly recommend the 750D. Got the Sigma 100-500 APO DG OS lens for it aswell. That's an awesome combination aswell. lol.
