t's just a mode-s callsign that it has been using for the past few months. Can you confirm the real ATC Callsign please?
Just a training flight, Ben. One of three or four per day over CONUS

Gables Engineering manufacture control panels for the avionics equipment of many aircraft both military and civilian. It's possible that the displayed mode-s flight id is derived from the default setting of such a panel.
