Seen at Victoria Regional Airport, Texas on 19/9/11 was a Convair C-131 in US Coastguard Colours. Does anyone know an ID?.

It won't have been a C-131, it will have been Martin 4-0-4 N404CG, which is painted in false USCG colours as 1282.
It's been at Victoria for at least 6 years now.
