Req: spotting in Texas

Morning,

Does aybody know if there are good conditions at the following bases to spot from outside?
- Dyess
- Laughlin
- Randolph
- Lackland
- Forth Worth JRB

Lackland is no problem. There is a website and you can contact a gentleman in the Library (Mr Torres I think from memory) regarding a tour around the preserved stuff. We had a bit of a problem outside Randolph, but the policeman who came out to us was very understanding and gave us directions to another spot, which as apparently where the locals sit.
