1 x US Army, this one had a Indian head on it’s tail, with underneath 30 000. Someone that can help?

Apologies for the delayed response.
The AH-64 with the Indian head and 30,000 on the fin is Singapore AF 99-02052. They have several of their AH-64 at a training facility co-located with the US Army base at Marana Pinal Airpark. I saw it at Tucson in March last year and it took me ages to tie it up, until I came across this photo:
