this was the beginning of our US road trip! whilst the line up looked good initially more and more seemed to disappear from the list including the B2 that went from the list a few days before the show! this was to take part in the flying display flying with the B1 and B52 before landing and going into static for the weekend. unfortunately despite 2 being in attendance, the B1s didn't fare much better, having taken off before gates opened on the Saturday, it arrived back a couple of hours later with an issue. they swapped it with the static one on the Sunday only to run it up for an hour then shut it down an hour late with a hydro issue! dreams of a wings swept burner pass all snuffed out!

all that said they was plenty of interesting displays in the air and on the ground. we even managed to blag our way onto the freshly painted orange Wolfpack test B52!

Thanks for sharing these with us, an interesting and varied selection of shots and enjoyed viewing these. This first shot of the B-52 line up is really interesting, just wondering if POTUS might use it for a Christmas card subject to send to certain other world leaders.
