Stow Maries Centenary Show - 18th September

A very grey day on arrival but we got lucky for most of the display. My first visit. Nice informal atmosphere and very friendly people. Shame about the Albatross so will have to wait for another day to see her in the sky over Essex. Hopefully someone will step up and secure a future for the Snipe in the UK.

Lovely set. Something really special about the First World War aircraft. Imagine having to fly them in combat, aviation pioneers in every sense. :thumb:
