Eastbourne Airbourne-2014 Sat 16th - Beachy Head

Well I've never done Eastbourne / airborne before so I thought I'd give it a go off Beachy Head. First thing to say is its a long way from Eastbourne beach that is display centre and less than half the display aircraft either run in or depart via Beach Head. Unfortunatley on Saturday this included the BBMF and CAHF Lancasters that stayed firmly away. Big thanks to the two RAF helicopter crews (Chinnok & Sea King) who put on a great show for us and I loved the Norwegian Vampire that really did come in fast and on the deck!

Great also to see, Jamoe, Neil, Gaz and a heap of other familiar faces
