RAF Northolt Nightshoot XIV

Morning all,

So last night was the XIVth Northolt Nightshoot.
As he always does, Phil pulled off yet another incredible event, with a mix of locals, very rare, historic, and new for 32 Sqn, types.

I think the best for me was the Sabreliner, looking truely stunning under the lights, it certainly gave the immaculate aircraft of 32 Sqn a run for their money.

The atmosphere was great and everyone looked to be having a good time and there was lots of banter, and burgers :biggrin:

So a massive thankyou to Phil, all of his team, not forgetting of course all the personnel and CO from Northolt for helping to make it possible and enjoyable, thanks chaps very much appreciated. Of course we should mention as well the visiting crews for bringing their aircraft to enable it all to happen, and posing with their rides, thankyou all.

So here is my take on things, hope you enjoy them.

Some cracking photos in that lot, nice to see someone else (a'la Adam D) think outside the box a little.

Was gutted I never got the shot with the Hurri and Pilot, legged it before then lol.

Lovely shots, especially the Charlie Brown one with the Hurricane; now there is a pilot whose facial hair alone makes him the perfect choice for World War 2 era British fighter planes! ..... Superb!.
