Sorry, but the first bunch of edits don't work for me either. Don't let that dissuade you from doing them though, if you enjoy it, that's all that matters! 
On the second lot, I think you need to work on levelling your horizons to make them horizontal - apart from that, they are not bad! You must have been very near us in Park and View!

You've had a good attempt at something different - good on you for that
I think some are good and some not in the first bunch - i think you can have too many with the effect.
Of the second bunch, as Ben mentioned, a lot of your horizons are way out of line. I'm not sure if that's by accident or design? You seem to be cropping them so that the aircraft is dead level - making the horizon badly angled. As i say, maybe this is the affect you were after - but personally for me it doesn't work.
You asked about number 11; which is the time to point out that it is always handy if you number the pictures - as you did with your first set
I think you are refering to the GR4 - and it is okay. But i think your best photo in the second bunch is the F-16 with smoke-winders on. It has a similar effect to that which you used on the GR4 and is a very good photo

Yes, you can correct them by cropping in the editing stage.
As it is something you are doing by accident, you must be unconciously tilting the camera to the angle that the aircraft is at. Just try and practice at tracking a moving object (be it plane, car, etc) but keeping the camera square as poss. With practice i'm sure you will be able to do it okay.
